Michael C. Murray

Michael “Mike” C. Murray, 64, of Temperance, MI, died Sunday, October 29, 2017.  Born October 22, 1953, in Mt. Clemens, MI,  he was the son of Conrad P. and Helen M. (Bayer).  A 1971 graduate of Gross Pointe North High School in Gross Point, MI, Mike married Donna L. Hays on June 20, 1992.  Mike was owner and operator of Allied Mask & Tooling in Toledo for the past 19 years.  He was a member of Lewis Avenue Baptist Church, where he was active in several ministries, including working with the inner city teens, teaching Sunday School, and running the Jr. Church for the 3rd & 4th graders.

He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Donna; children, Amanda (Chad) Vest, Tricia (Brad) Cranston, Jared (Laura) Murray, Deanna Murray and Mikayla Murray; mother, Helen Murray; brother, Doug Murray; sisters, Christine Bayer, Debby Van Steen, Kitty Avey and Diana (John Tokarz) Murray; grandchildren, Elisabeth, Chad IV, Brian, Meagan, Laura, Derek, Tyler, Katherine & Emma.

Visitation will be from 3-8 pm, Thursday, November 2, 2017, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI.  Funeral services will be held Friday, November 3, 2017, at 12:00 noon, at Lewis Avenue Baptist Church, 6320 Lewis Avenue, Temperance, MI, where he will lie in state after 11:00 am.
